An Indiana University alumnus, Mark Hesemann studied business, majoring in marketing and finance, in Bloomington. Earning his bachelor of science, he continued his studies in international finance. Within three years, Mark Hesemann graduated with his master of business administration.
A real estate investment professional, he joined Edgewater Capital in January of 2011. Relocating to Saint Joseph, Michigan, Mr. Hesemann led the firm’s international business development and created strategies for investment allocation. He was responsible for an $18 million financial investment in Inn at Harbor Shores, which is a 92-room hotel and condominium neighborhood on Lake Michigan.
In addition to joining Edgewater Capital, he started his private firm during the same period. Hesemann & Associates provides consulting services for companies developing and constructing real estate properties. Through his business, Mr. Hesemann founded the Sagamore Club in Noblesville, Indiana, which features a 400-acre Jack Nicklaus golf course and more than 350 residential homes.
